1. The Elections Committee:

 a. The committee will be chaired by the President.

 b. The voting members will be the President, Corresponding Secretary, and three students-at-large.

 c. The Corresponding Secretary will serve as secretary of the Committee.

  d. The duties of the Elections committee will be to:

 i. Conduct all Senate elections and referendums.

 ii. Review all elections, policies, and rules of the Senate and all Senate Organizations.

 iii. Develop the Election Rules and submit them to the Senate by the fifth Wednesday of the spring semester.

 iv. Hold hearings in cases where violations of the Election Rules are charged.
